LEGAL NOTICE & ELIGIBILITY

Please review the following legal requirements before submitting a pre-order. All sales are subject to federal, state, and local laws.

ILLINOIS RESIDENTS — ARC-B: NO EXEMPTION NEEDED

ARC-B RIFLE — LEGAL FOR ALL FOID HOLDERS

The ARC-B bolt-action rifle is fully legal in Illinois with no PICA exemption required. Any Illinois resident with a valid FOID card may purchase the ARC-B.

Ordering the semi-automatic ARC Rifle? Illinois residents must qualify under one of the following PICA exemptions:

  • --Active Law Enforcement Officer
  • --Retired Law Enforcement Officer
  • --Active Military Personnel
  • --Reserve / National Guard Member
  • --Licensed Security Professional

A valid FOID card is required for all Illinois purchases. Exemption documentation will be verified before order fulfillment.

OUT-OF-STATE PURCHASERS

Purchasers outside Illinois may order the ARC Rifle subject to the laws of their state of residence. All interstate transfers must be completed through a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) in the purchaser's home state.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the ARC Rifle configuration ordered is legal in their jurisdiction. Law Weapons Inc. will not ship firearms to states or localities where the specific configuration is prohibited.

You will be asked to provide your receiving FFL dealer's information after your pre-order is confirmed. The FFL must hold a valid Type 01 or Type 02 license.

LAW ENFORCEMENT & AGENCY

Law Weapons Inc. offers direct agency sales and LE individual purchase programs. Law enforcement officers and agencies may have access to configurations not available to the general public, including short-barreled rifle (SBR) variants with 10.3" and 14.5" barrels.

Agency purchases may be completed via department letterhead purchase order. Individual LE purchases require valid credentials and are subject to departmental authorization where required.

DELIVERIES BEGIN JUNE 2026

Deliveries for our first production run begin in June 2026. Pre-orders are fulfilled first come, first served — your position in the queue is determined by when your deposit is received. All three colors (Law Shadow Patrol Black, Law Desert Patrol Tan, Law Battleship Gray) are available. Both the ARC Rifle (semi-auto) and ARC-B (bolt-action) models are in the first production run.
