The Power Pathway
A fully integrated power system engineered directly into the architecture of the rifle. From the grip module to the muzzle, every component is connected through precision-machined internal channels and 24-karat gold-plated electrical contacts. One power source runs everything.
From Grip to Muzzle
Follow the power as it flows from the battery compartment through every component of the rifle, delivering clean regulated voltage to every accessory on the platform.
The Grip Module
Power Plant
Two rechargeable 18650 lithium-ion batteries are housed securely inside a custom-engineered grip module. These are industry-standard 18650 cells — the same high-density cells used in professional flashlights, power tools, and electric vehicles. Each cell provides 3,500+ mAh at 3.7V nominal, giving the system a combined capacity of 7,000+ mAh. The grip module also houses the Programmable Voltage Regulator, which converts raw battery voltage to any output between 1.5V and 7.3V.

The Lower Receiver
Power Routing
From the grip module, electrical energy flows through precision-machined internal channels cut directly into the lower receiver. These are not afterthought wire channels — they are engineered into the receiver geometry itself during CNC machining. Zero external wires, zero exposed connections, zero snag points. Machined from billet aluminum on Haas CNC vertical mills.

Upper/Lower Junction
Gold Pogo Pin Transfer
At the interface where the upper receiver meets the lower, 24-karat gold-plated spring-loaded pogo pins transfer electrical power across the junction. The pogo pins maintain constant positive contact pressure even under recoil, vibration, and impact. Less than 20 milliohms resistance per junction. Rated for 10,000+ connection cycles.

The Upper Receiver
Power Continuation
Power continues through the upper receiver via precision-machined internal channels. Fully shielded from the elements, fouling, carbon buildup, and heat from sustained fire. The power pathway does not interfere with the bolt carrier group, charging handle, gas system, or any other functional component.

Upper/Handguard Junction
Second Pogo Pin Transfer
A second set of 24-karat gold-plated spring-loaded pogo pins transfers power from the receiver into the handguard. Same gold plating, same spring-loaded positive contact, same corrosion immunity, same 10,000+ cycle rating. The electrical connection is made automatically when you install the handguard.

ARC-Link Handguard
Power Distribution
The proprietary ARC-Link Handguard features an integrated power distribution system routed through the upper receiver and into the handguard, delivering clean, regulated voltage to USB ports at key mounting points along the rail. Accessories such as weapon lights, lasers, and IR illuminators plug directly into these ports, drawing power from the handguard itself — eliminating external batteries and wiring while allowing accessories to be significantly smaller and lighter. Law Weapons Inc. is developing proprietary weapon lights (first to market) and a laser aiming system (in development) — both designed and manufactured in-house in Aurora, Illinois — that connect directly to the ARC-Link power system.
