Please review the following legal requirements before submitting a pre-order. All sales are subject to federal, state, and local laws.

ILLINOIS PURCHASERS (PICA)

The Illinois Protect Illinois Communities Act (PICA) restricts the sale of certain semi-automatic firearms to the general public. However, several categories of individuals are exempt from these restrictions.

If you are an Illinois resident, you must qualify under one of the following PICA exemptions to purchase an ARC Rifle:

--Active Law Enforcement Officer
--Retired Law Enforcement Officer
--Active Military Personnel
--Reserve / National Guard Member
--Licensed Security Professional

A valid FOID card is required for all Illinois purchases. Exemption documentation will be verified before order fulfillment.

OUT-OF-STATE PURCHASERS

Purchasers outside Illinois may order the ARC Rifle subject to the laws of their state of residence. All interstate transfers must be completed through a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) in the purchaser's home state.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the ARC Rifle configuration ordered is legal in their jurisdiction. Law Weapons Inc. will not ship firearms to states or localities where the specific configuration is prohibited.

You will be asked to provide your receiving FFL dealer's information after your pre-order is confirmed. The FFL must hold a valid Type 01 or Type 02 license.

LAW ENFORCEMENT & AGENCY

Law Weapons Inc. offers direct agency sales and LE individual purchase programs. Law enforcement officers and agencies may have access to configurations not available to the general public, including short-barreled rifle (SBR) variants with 10.3" and 14.5" barrels.

Agency purchases may be completed via department letterhead purchase order. Individual LE purchases require valid credentials and are subject to departmental authorization where required.

BOLT-ACTION MODIFICATION RESTRICTION

I understand that the ARC-B Rifle is sold as a manually operated bolt-action firearm with the LAW-BOLT 15 factory-installed. I acknowledge that removing, replacing, or altering the LAW-BOLT 15 to restore or enable semi-automatic function would create a firearm classified as an "assault weapon" under 720 ILCS 5/24-1.9 and would constitute a violation of Illinois law, potentially resulting in felony charges. I agree to maintain this firearm in its factory-delivered bolt-action configuration.
