The Problem

Every modern tactical rifle depends on battery-powered accessories — optics, weapon lights, lasers, IR illuminators. Each one runs on its own battery type: CR123A, CR2032, AA, AAA, 18650.

That means 3 to 4 different battery types per rifle. External battery packs with dangling wires. Tape-on pressure switches. Connections that corrode, snag, and fail when it matters most.

In cold weather, lithium coin cells lose 40% capacity. In rain, exposed terminals short out. In the field, you carry a bag of batteries — and pray you brought the right ones.

The rifle has evolved. The power system hasn't — until now.

The ARC Solution

The ARC Rifle eliminates the entire problem. Two rechargeable 18650 lithium-ion batteries — housed inside a custom grip module — power every accessory on the rifle through precision-machined internal channels.

No external batteries. No dangling wires. No exposed connections. No dead accessories. One unified power source runs optics, weapon lights, lasers, and IR illuminators — simultaneously.

24-karat gold pogo pins transfer power seamlessly across receiver junctions. Fully potted electronics survive submersion, dust, impact, and chemical exposure. A programmable voltage regulator delivers 1.5V to 7.3V to power any tactical accessory on the market.

Recharge via USB-C from any source. The rifle doubles as a power bank for phones, GPS, radios, and night vision. 7,000+ mAh capacity.

Six Technologies. One Rifle.

Every innovation in the ARC Rifle exists for a single purpose: eliminate the fragmented, failure-prone power systems that plague modern tactical rifles.

Integrated Power System

Two rechargeable 18650 lithium-ion batteries housed in the grip module power every accessory on the rifle — optics, weapon lights, lasers, IR illuminators — through precision-machined internal channels in the receivers. No external batteries. No dangling wires. No dead accessories. One power source runs everything.

24K Gold Pogo Pins

Spring-loaded, 24-karat gold-plated electrical connectors at every receiver junction transfer power seamlessly. Less than 20 milliohms resistance. Corrosion-proof in any environment on earth. Rated for 10,000+ connection cycles — field-strip it every day for 27 years.

Fully Potted Electronics

Every circuit board and wire connection is fully encapsulated in protective compound. IP67-rated: waterproof to 1 meter submersion, dustproof, shock-resistant, chemical-resistant. The same protection method used in military avionics and submarine electronics.

Programmable Voltage Regulator

Adjustable output from 1.5V to 7.3V. Powers any tactical accessory on the market regardless of its native voltage. No more carrying bags of CR123As, CR2032s, and AAs. One system. Every accessory.

USB-C Charging & Power Bank

Recharge from any USB-C source: wall charger, vehicle, power bank, solar panel. The rifle also outputs power — charge your phone, GPS, radio, or night vision in the field. 7,000+ mAh capacity.

Built on the AR-15 Platform

Proprietary upper and lower receivers, custom power-integrated grip module, and ARC-Link handguard — all designed from scratch for the integrated power system. But the internals are pure AR-15: standard BCG, standard buffer system, standard trigger group, and standard magazines. Every AR-15 trigger, stock, optic mount, and magazine you own works with the ARC. Currently chambered in 5.56 NATO/.223 Rem with .300 Blackout coming in future production runs.

Machined in America. Every Single Part.

The ARC Rifle is designed, engineered, and manufactured by Law Weapons Inc. in Aurora, Illinois — a federally licensed firearm manufacturer with over 30 years of continuous operation.

Every receiver, handguard, grip module, and proprietary component is machined in-house on Haas CNC vertical mills and lathes. No outsourced receivers. No overseas parts. No compromise.

THE ARC-B RIFLE

SAME RIFLE. SAME POWER SYSTEM. BOLT ACTION.

The ARC-B is the exact same ARC Rifle — same integrated power architecture, same 24K gold pogo pins, same ARC-Link Handguard, same everything — shipped from the factory with our proprietary LAW-BOLT 15 installed. The LAW-BOLT makes it a manually operated bolt-action rifle, legally available to all Illinois FOID card holders under 720 ILCS 5/24-1.9(a)(2)(C).

No PICA exemption. No registration. No endorsement affidavit. Just a FOID card.

How it works
01

Fire one round — pull the trigger, the rifle fires exactly like any other AR-15

02

Gas redirected — the LAW-BOLT sends propellant gas out the ejection port instead of cycling the action

03

Manually cycle — pull the charging handle back, push forward to chamber the next round — identical to a traditional bolt-action rifle

The LAW-BOLT 15 is factory-installed by Law Weapons Inc. The rifle is manufactured, serialized, and sold as a bolt-action firearm — not a semi-automatic.
